The GEICO Sunshine Slam was an 8 team college basketball MTE split into two 4 team brackets played at the Ocean Center in Daytona Beach. The field for this year was Florida Atlantic, George Mason, Loyola Marymount, and Miami Ohio in the "Beach Bracket" and Bethune-Cookman, Jacksonville, Pacific and Stony Brook in the "Ocean Bracket." The Championship games were broadcast on CBS Sports.
